WHAT TO EXPECT

 

  • There are three parts to a QHHT session:Getting to know you interview.  It is important for me to know about your life and what you would like to achieve during the session.

  • Hypnosis Healing is done lying down with lots of pillows and blankets so you will be very comfortable and relaxed.

  • Post session discussion about what happened and making sure you are wide awake and ready to drive.

  • Sessions last an average of 5-6 hours, but can run longer.

 

 

WHAT TO BRING

 

  • Wear comfortable clothing, nothing restrictive.

  • A list of issues in your life and any physical healing you would like done.

  • Something to drink, energy work makes you quite thirsty!

 

WHAT DOES IT FEEL LIKE?

Most people agree that the actual session  is very restful and you are in an incredibly relaxed state. It may feel as if your imagination is in control, but it is truly your subconsious bringing issues forward in a way that you can understand and relate to. I send you an MP3 audio file of the entire session so you can listen to it whenever you wish. Everything disclosed in a session is completely private. I do not allow friends or family members to be present during the session, however it is up to you if you would like to share your recording with others. It is highly recommended to listen to your recording many times, especially the healing portion, as this reinforces the work done. It is not uncommon for the conscious mind to doubt the power of what occurred since it was not in charge. Healing can be reinforced and made more powerful with listening repeatedly as your body and mind integrated the information and changes. 

LIST OF QUESTIONS

Preparing a list is a very important part of the process. It is important to take the time to really think about issues in your life and the most important issues you would like to address. Prior to your appointment, we will send you an email with detailed examples that you may consider for your list. Some things to ask yourself while making your list are:

 

  • Physical issues, even small ones. Often physical issues begin in small ways, but if not healed or brought into balance can progress into larger issues.

  • Family and relationship issues. If you notice certain patterns in your relationships that you would like to change, or simply do not understand, this is a good way to get clarity and change long standing patterns. One way to see patterns is to go back over your life since childhood with the intent of seeing patterns with parents, siblings, teachers/authority and friendships. Look at feelings and events that triggered feelings and see if they have repeated through out your life in various ways.

  • People in your life that you have had difficult relationships with, this could mean there are karmic ties to the past which can be worked on.

  • Job and career, are you happy in what you have chosen to do, or is there something you have always dreamed about, but has never come to pass.

  • Patterns with children and possible ancestral patterns that have played a role in your life such as addiction, poverty consciousness, abuse, infidelity or physical diseases etc.

  • And last but definitely not least, life purpose.
